“My family brought our service from T-Mobile do to poor service. We were greeted by Dylan and he was so attentive, he didn't give us false info so he could make a buck or two off of us. I honestly had 100% trust in all the information he gave us, he didn't run in circles on a price or how everything was gonna work or not for us. He didn't guess on the answers for our many questions. If he wasn't sure he'd ask his store manager and bring back a straight forward answer. He was very knowledgeable and we greatly appreciated Dylan. Thank you Dylan for all you did and you eased our minds.”

Not only that, Mark had great communication skills and excellent customer service.I’ve been with cricket for over 6 years and this company never fails to disappoint. Although I use to go to the Lakeside location, their customer service isn’t the best but they get the job done. Highly recommend switching to Cricket and visiting the Santee location for your cellular needs!”

“Came into TMobile Santee store today with my 96 year old mom and had the wonderful pleasure to work with Cody, one of the amazing phone experts. We had just purchased mom a new phone a few days before, and she just couldn't figure it out. We decided to return the phone and get another that she was familiar with. This wonderful patient young man, took the time to make some changes to the phone settings and then worked with mom and showed her how to use the phone with the phone settings. We are both thrilled to have had the opportunity to work and learn from CODY!!!!”

“A Target that has the exact same set up as the ones I go to in my area. Ease of finding things was well...easy. Same ole long lines though on weekends. Ended up picking up random items on a Saturday. A gift card, AA batteries, and hummus. Busy plaza parking and also got cornered by carolers most likely asking for money.”
