Jeremy not only helped me figure out what type I needed but he stood in the rain and replaced them for me!! It wasn't just sprinkling it was pouring cats and dogs. He was more than fine with it, and didn't make me feel bad. I had my toddler with me in the car and we were in a hurry and he went above and beyond! Thank you so much Jeremy!!”

“I recently went in for a brake job and had to return the old pads. (They were still under warranty). My man Tyler was so helpful and quick. I was able to return the old pads and get the new ones all in about 5 minutes. Like I said quick. Also, Tyler did it all in one transaction. Which is nice because it saves me from all the receipts. It felt like Tyler was excited and eager to help me. Almost as if I had know him for years and he was just helping out one of the bros. If I had to nominate someone for employee of the month, without hesitation I would pick Tyler. If you are reading this, thanks Tyler.”

“I really tip my hat to the gentlemen working at this location. Not only did I feel defeated upon arriving, but I was really ticked off with their competitor AutoZone. I will never step another foot in an AutoZone. Although I was fuming and outraged as soon as I walked into this O'Reillys I was greeted by a couple of fellas offering help with a smile. I was caught off-guard and had to do a doubletake. What was this thing called?... This feeling of friendliness and value?... Of equality and respect? Oh yeah... It's called quality customer service... I was absolutely dumbfounded and my mood suddenly lifted when I saw their smiling faces eager to assist. It wasn't long before I started describing what I had been on the hunt for and sent straight to the aisle to gather my prize and complete my mission. I went on to tell the two employees about my previous stop and they confirmed that this sort of thing happens quite often. Finishing up the transaction the cashier informed me that I would receive a refund for the items I didn't need or couldn't use. As if reassuring me that I was welcome and they wanted me to come back to do more business. These experiences seem to be further apart and almost non-existent in today's world. I am very grateful for O'Reilly's hiring these guys. Golden!!!”

“A proper auto parts store, they staff (characters) behind the counter, make the place. Anything not in stock can be ordered and shipped to the store fast. You can rent tools, sometimes free and dump old oil. There is always a brand of oil on sale and usually a filter. Fixing and working on your own cars is so satisfying.”

“So glad to have this place nearby in our hood. Tonight on way home discovered our front headlight was out, called to see if they were open and if they had the lightbulb. Yes on both accounts and the guy was nice enough to install it for us. So nice and unexpected for him to do that. Also kudos for still being open until 9. Also discovered they take recycled oil. Will be great to get rid of that from the side of our house.”

“Headlight bulbs went out. Called to check if they were in stock and was helped by Rololfo who recommended different options based on price. Came to the store and was helped by Luis who got me what I needed, offered bulb grease for less than $2! Best of all, he also offered to have the bulbs I purchased installed! He came out with me to my car, installed them and added the bulb grease for extra moisture protection. Amazing, exceptional and fast service! I was already dreading installing the bulbs myself. Will be recommending this store to others!”
