The rep (Nolan) did a great job. The only issue I had is the automated survey does not allow you to go back and correct a mistake, so I accidentally entered 1 (dissatisfied) when I meant the opposite (satisfied) and it gave me no option to correct it, he did a great job

I had the best experience today I came in frustrated with another provider service and Kenzie and her manager were able to get me switched over to Att WiFi and direct tv for less then what I’m paying now and I get way more for my buck! Grateful for Kenzie patience and sweetness!
