I'll give them a 10-10 for quality of work and 2-10 for customer service. This drop your keys off and contactless pickup is for the birds. Especially after you hand over 3k for a job, at least have one of the employees look you in the eye and say thanks for your business. My 2 cents.

Came in for an alignment and they told me they couldn't due to work suspension components. They sent me a multi vehicle inspection with several detailed pictures and videos showing me exactly where the components were worn. One of the best shops I've been to without a doubt
