“I think this is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a business ever. I came in a couple weeks ago for a estimate on a dent I had in my car. Guy looked it over in less then 3 minutes gave me a quote of $150 and we scheduled the appointment for a couple weeks in the future. Fast forward my appointment day arrives- I drop my car off at 9 am and it's ready by 11:30 am. Looks like I never had a dent in my car. Fast service, solid pricing and I got to say the staff is the friendliest group of people ever. I enjoyed interacting with each and every one of them. Also- the inside of the shop is so cool. Such a retro fun look with the old school themed interior. I felt so excited to be there. I can tell the owner loves cars with how he runs this place. “I called several places to get quotes in Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa; even had an appointment with one that was the cheapest so far, but still significantly higher than the national average. I decided to call one more after googling "discount/cheap/good price auto glass, and Discount Auto Glass popped up. I remembered an experience I had with them a long time ago and was thrilled to see they were still around. I called and got quoted the lowest price, it was even lower than the national average! They said come in anytime I wanted that day for several rock chips in my windshield. While there, I remembered a problem I had with my driver's window rattling and asked about it. They literally had to take the whole door apart which is not quick or easy to do. Been there, done that! Everything was fixed/filled/repaired faster than I could actually read through my small pile of mail from that day! I thought my final cost would be at least 3 digits... Only $75!! I read other reviews on Yelp and they all sound spot on EXCEPT for the one stars. I read them thoroughly and can't help but laugh. One said that they talked down to her because she was a woman! I'm a woman and they were extremely respectful towards me! Another person was mad because they weren't happy with him pulling his own car into the garage! Guess what?! I'm a "woman" and even I know that even with an appointment, you never pull your car into the garage/bay until either they tell you to, or they do it their selves! It's a safety thing! Every automotive shop does the same thing. There's broken glass on the ground, other people's cars, etc. If you get hurt, even cut your baby toe, then they are liable for allowing you to be in there. I think that anyone who's ever been to a car shop knows that! Even the review about the inside of her car being hotter with the new glass! First off, most cars come with some kind of protective sun tint on it nowadays, but not all. Her car probably had it on their originally, but upon ordering the new windshield, got just what she ordered... A windshield. If you want the tinting, go to a tint shop! The glass place isn't responsible for making sure a tint shop returns your calls; they have their own calls to return! Yes, it means you have to call around and do a bit more research, but that's life! It's no one's fault. You can get mad about it, but don't get mad at the people that just helped you! These reviews are to rate service and how well "their job" was done, not about how we feel when we're frustrated with other things in our lives! This place is THE BEST I've ever been to for auto glass repair, and always the best prices. They're down to earth real people, not "walking talking billboards trying to rob you!" All of this coming from a woman too!”

I went to Graingers on a recommendation from a representative at Hansel Subaru, and not only did Graingers do great work on the vehicles in faster-than-expected timeframes, but their level of customer care and communication greatly exceeded my expectations as well. They even have a cozy little waiting room with WiFi and Coffee where I was able to make some calls and get work done on my laptop. “Ray at Dibbles Collision took excellent care of my Toyota CD player problem in the car I purchased at CarMax, who recommended Dibbles. Because Dibbles is RepairPal Certified, my deductible was reduced. Ray and Dibbles diagnosed the problem and provided a refurbished Toyota OEM radio for my 14-year-old 4Runner. Ray brought in a Dibbles team tech who showed me how to operate the refurbished old Toyota CD player. Ray also gave me good advice to maintain the sunroof. My experience at Dibbles was far superior to what the dealer proposed. I will definitely use Ray and Dibbles again.”

“I was sent to Safelite for an insurance claim to repair my windshield. The staff were very friendly and courteous, the lobby was clean, and there were many perks while you wait--including water bowls for your pets! I was disappointed that I got up at 7:15am on my day off, arranged rides to and from, and after only being home for an hour they called and said the wrong windshield was ordered. I had to get a ride back and make a second appointment. I was visibly frustrated when I arrived and asked, if for their mistake, they could assist with a ride during my weekday appointment--the answer was no. HOWEVER, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was greeted with the same friendly and courteous customer service, and was told they were giving me free windshield wipers for their mistake. I thanked them and explained my previous frustrated demeanor was due to their unwillingness to make it right. We all make mistakes, not on purpose, but we need to always try and make it right. I would highly recommend Safelite!”
