“The pet store has almost everything one can think of, for a pet. Loved the variety of fishes they had.Staff seemed polite and friendly.Cons:With the volume and size of items, one may feel claustrophobic in the interiors. Owners could use some expansion.”
“Last night I came into Pet Club to get some crickets for my leopard gecko & the young lady who helped was so amazingly wonderful! Not only did she welcome me in, she got the crickets and helped me out with all the questions I had about my gecko. Her name is Raspushia and she's getting older so I wanted to change her enclosure to suit her needs. Can't remember the ladies name but I know it begins with a 'K', she is AMAZING! With employees like her definitely makes you want to come back. See you soon!”
“This store has cute stuff for your pup. Playful toys & healthy food. Nice folks working there but they don't know much about per nutrition so ask your vet before going so ya know what you need.”
“All my pet needs in one location! We love the Dog wash station! Always clean and the staff are so friendly. They have a great selection of foods toys, leashes ect. My favorite part of visits has to be the friendly staff they go above and beyond to make my dogs feel welcome and help accommodate my reactive dog when we stop in to use the dog baths.”
“Love the wash for my dog! They clean up after you so you can leave all your fur with them! They do close the baths at 6 though so make sure you're done before then.”
“Went in today for a leopard gecko. Met amazing staff. One was a cashier and the other worked on the floor cleaning tanks and with tons of information about reptiles. So glad petco now has better staff. Remember petco staff will do anything management tells them to do. Don’t lose these amazing staff members. Fix your management.”
“This PetSmart is conveniently located in the same shopping strip as Marshall's, Sports Basement, and Target (and shares a parking lot with Trader Joes and many more shops...suburbia!). I'm surprised to read all the negative reviews. I only went in to buy a crate and a few supplies for my puppy (note: we did not use the grooming services). Found a crate (a puppy den), a gate, a collar/harness/lead, and training treats. The treats, toys, food, and other supplies were all well-stocked. The employee at check-out was pleasant. The gate didn't work for us, so I went back a few days later to return it, and that was quick and easy. I definitely like to support the smaller local pet shops, but this was the right stop for a crate. Thanks!”
