To my initial surprise the staff there knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock. Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond what was required of them. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone needing some sort of hardware, tools or anything of the sort.”

“Theodore's first visit to WFC. I usually stop to get his treats on my way home but this time he got to come. We were greeted by multiple team members outside and inside the store. This visit we grabbed Holistic Tails CBD treats. Since it was his first trip I let him pick out a toy or treat, only caveat was he has to be able to carry it. He was eyeing the knuckles but settled with a pig ear. He happily carried his ear to the register, and here John greeted us and checked us out. I've been coming here since I was a toddler, happy it's still around and thriving. Team members are always warm and welcoming. Store is well lit, clean and well stocked.”

They provide seasonal items that are unique and good for gift giving. My primary reason for visiting this store is the wide selection of dog chews and treats at reasonable prices.”

“My dog was having stomach issues and made a mess all over the car. The two women working at the time were very friendly and helpful. I was able to bathe my dog and get cleaning supplies for the car. I was having an extremely stressful day and losing my mind, haha, and I couldn't have had a better experience coming here. If I lived in the area this would be my pet store, no question.”

“I got two beautiful roosters from Larsons. Very unanticipated purchase but so happy. The lady at the desk was super nice and the guy that helped me out both days with my roosters was amazing. I bought a house for them a day or two later, and they deliver that to my home very seamlessly, and I'm very happy. Waiting till we get into our new place and then we are going to get one or two of their baby cows as pets.”

“Last night I came into Pet Club to get some crickets for my leopard gecko & the young lady who helped was so amazingly wonderful! Not only did she welcome me in, she got the crickets and helped me out with all the questions I had about my gecko. Her name is Raspushia and she's getting older so I wanted to change her enclosure to suit her needs. Can't remember the ladies name but I know it begins with a 'K', she is AMAZING! With employees like her definitely makes you want to come back. See you soon!”

“This PetSmart is conveniently located in the same shopping strip as Marshall's, Sports Basement, and Target (and shares a parking lot with Trader Joes and many more shops...suburbia!). I'm surprised to read all the negative reviews. I only went in to buy a crate and a few supplies for my puppy (note: we did not use the grooming services). Found a crate (a puppy den), a gate, a collar/harness/lead, and training treats. The treats, toys, food, and other supplies were all well-stocked. The employee at check-out was pleasant. The gate didn't work for us, so I went back a few days later to return it, and that was quick and easy. I definitely like to support the smaller local pet shops, but this was the right stop for a crate. Thanks!”
