He did everything he could to fix my car, when he realized how much work my car really needed, he provided me with advise on what to do. He didn't overcharge me for his time and would not even accept a tip because he knew how much I was about to spend on my car.
Unfortunately I had to take my car to the dealership, who claimed my car was prefect. I communicated this with David and David was nice enough to contact the dealership for me, speak with the technician and tell them how to fix my car/what to look for. If it wasn't for David, Hyundai would not have fixed anything and given me a unreliable car.
My car is job, I go to people's home to provide healthcare. How could I do that with a car that can stop starting at any point? David is the best, I'm sad this job had to be done through the dealership because I would have rather given my money to an honest and reliable mechanic. If I ever have a car issue again, I will always call David first.”
“Would like to tell you of my experience today. Brought in my new chrome alternator. Need to switch a bracket off my old one. Didn’t have the tools to do the work myself. The staff was extremely friendly. They grabbed my new alternator. Switched the bracket around for me. They informed me that they used to focus on alternators and starters. So it was like they have done this before. As I was getting ready to go up and pay. They said don’t worry about it. How cool is that.
