“Got a flat on a ride while visiting Santa Rosa. Was able to replace my tire but was still very flat. Luckily I was about half a mile from breakaway, and once we made it there they kindly let us use their pump, get a replacement tube, and even gave incredible local recommendations for routes and coffee shops. Super nice top notch service”
