“I love Vans. The company, the products, the history, and this store.
This outlet had a pretty wide selection of shoes and apparel, most of which was buy one get one 50% off at the time we visited.
The customer service was excellent, Vans employees are always so chill to talk to, like a buddy you ran into after a few years.
This outlet in particular may not have any specific style in stock, but if you go in just ready to hunt for something unexpected you're bound to find it.”
“Whenever I need to go shopping, the closest place to Santa Barbara with a decent variety of options are the Camarillo Outlets. I was in dire need of some new shoes that were comfortable, casual, yet were also versatile to wear out in a slightly more formal setting. I thankfully was approached by Vanessa who, by the end, I joked around with as being my "personal shopper" to assist me. They had a fabulous sale going on where you buy two pairs of shoes with a red tag and get 20% off, or you buy three red tag pairs and save 30%! Better yet, it was also a win-win situation because using my American Express credit card I already receive $30 cashback after spending $150 or more. Heck, spending is not the hard part for me! I ended up leaving with three pairs of new shoes: an every day casual pair, an in between semi-casual pair, and some more formal leather shoes for a night out. Then throw in some socks and a belt, and I went crazy! Thankfully Vanessa and I chitchatted and got to know each other. When she learned that I was a nurse she added on a THIRD discount for First Responders! not to mention my first responder discount on top of the already killer deals! I could not pass up the discounts...like anyone else. Vanessa stayed on top of my chaos while still helping other customers, but making me feel like I was the only one shopping. She put away the shoes that I did not care for or that did not fit, which saved me from cleaning up after myself! Excellent customer service!! I know where I will be coming instead of shopping on Zappos where I have to constantly exchange items via UPS.”

“My Daughter's Softball Glove broke while worming up at Her Allstar Tournament, Glove is only 4 months old when I took a chance to see if they would replace it ( and I didn't have my receipt ) no questions asked, they ran my credit card through the machine and it showed the history of purchased being made 4 months ago. They were very nice and gladly exchanged it for a new one. “You can never go wrong shopping in Nordstrom Racks. This store is a big bang for your buck. While some items can be pricey depending on the brand this store is packed with deals for adults and kids. I will say that it has a great women's selection however, the kids clothing and shoes are usually lacking when I go on my bi-weekly shopping runs. This location always has great handbags at amazing prices. The skin and body care is usually a little overpriced. Other than that, there is a decent amount of parking in the front and the staff members are always kind, professional and willing to go above and beyond in the name of customer service.”

“We love this store, but rarely find what we are looking for. If you are looking for specialty shoes, limited edition, etc., it's great. If you're looking for the average converse shoe and regular high top you probably won't find it here. They do have a very large selection of toddler/ children's shoes. The store is always immaculate and the employees are very nice.”

“SHOE GURU!!! Ecco shoes are high quality and worth the price. I've routinely shopped at the Ecco Outlet in Camarillo for almost two decades and have always been satisfied. But yesterday, I had an unforgettable experience worth mentioning in a review. Outlets are places where one cannot expect the highest customer service. The idea is the prices are lower, and you wrestle with the elements, finding your size and putting it on with little help from the staff. But this wasn't the case yesterday. A sales representative, Phillip, took me under his wing and guided me through what was available in my size. He went far beyond my expectations, cleaned the Ecco Track boots I was wearing, and researched the product best for the leather. I've been buzzing with the desire to tell another shoe enthusiast (fanatics like me) about this unusual experience of customer care and satisfaction, which I can't recommend enough. Shoes are crucial to foot health, and walking is vital to the heart, muscles, and joints. Ecco takes that seriously with unique and comfortable designs. A little help goes a very long way from a Shoe Guru. Thank you, Phillip!”

“For brand new 501's this place has the lowest price I have found! Problem is I saw a for sale sign in their window. I met the owner he was genuinely happy to see us.
