Not super clean but manager was very helpful. For the price point it's fair.

Rooms are clean and staff were nice and attentive. I would recommend this hotel for a quick visit to the area. There are a few restaurants and cafes right around the corner.
Walkability: Easy to get to other restaurants and walk down the main street.

The Santa Paula Inn is in a great location. Just steps to its downtown area with many restaurants. The Inn has plenty of parking in the back. Best thing about the place was the innkeeper.
