“It was such a pleasure and the most amazing experience working with José Luis, Gilberto, and the whole Palazzio team! They treated my family and I with much respect, and are very professional. great communication throughout the whole planning of my little sisters quinceañera. They were with us every step in the way and guided us through it all. From the planning, listening to our ideas, food tasting, cake tasting, picking out centerpieces, and seeing how you want the hall to look, to their beautiful photography with Jose Luis and videography, which all the photos and video came out so perfect and beautiful quality! The way Gilberto made sure our event was so well coordinated! It was the best night! They made sure everything was taking care of in a timely matter and went beyond to make sure we were able to fully have the best experience ever!! They are the best to work with and have an amazing team to make your fairy tale ideas come to life!! Thank you so much for making my little sisters fairy tale Repunzle theme come to life!! “The rooms are Clean the only bad thing I noticed is the bathtub needs to be refurbished we had a issue with our cable TV and Michelle took care of the problemRooms: When we arrived to check in The room was freezing cold the shower water fluctuates TV remote needs some work The restaurant food was excellent the service was very good The room was fairly clean this hotel is our go to place when we come visit family in Santa Paula”

“FCFS facility. Receptionists are great! All of them! Very helpful, only had 3 pallets of lemons getting loaded, took a while to get a door however, once in a door, loaded within 10 mins! Will be back!Overnight Parking ✔️Clean restrooms ✔️”
