Decent place. Depends who you talk to behind the counter. Never order parts and have them shipped to your house. Have them shipped to the store so you can inspect every part before accepting the parts. I got warped and rusted brake rotors from them before.

O'Reilly's is probably the best of the DIY auto parts stores. Not professional grade but pretty close.
