“I walked into the Santa Paula AutoZone a few days ago to buy a new car battery. It died on me and was on its last legs but thankfully I was able to get a jump start to make it to the store. It was an emergency, and I needed it changed immediately or else I wouldn’t have been able to make it back home. The store manager Adrian got me the right battery for my car and changed it for me himself. I was in an emergency situation and he went out of his way to help me. I don’t know what I would have done otherwise. I’m extremely grateful to Adrian for his help, and thank you AutoZone having such a great customer service that goes above and beyond.”

“Went in on a rainy evening thought I needed new windshield wiper blades because there was some scraping that was going on on my windshield but turns out the blades were fine there just need to be a part on the arm that needed to be adjusted. But I did end up buying new blades and the manager put them on real quick for me in the rain and it would have taken me a lot longer to do the same job and I would have been soaked by the time I was done. Friendly service, quick to assist and under New Management and a new manager is a really nice guy and I appreciate him helping me out like that.”
