“The employees working here are friendly professional people. I have been banking here for years and have never had any issues with the branch and it’s employees . Lines do get long at times, but that’s with every bank at certain times of the month. I do recommend they get newer ATMs that give different denominations bills; as a small business owner I sometimes need ones and fives, and I can save time by skipping the line. I also like the fact they are inside a Vons, the ATMs are well lit and in a public area where you can feel safe making deposits or getting cash late at night.”
“Every single banker I have spoken with has been very friendly and helpful. At times in the line can get quite long, but generally they have enough people staffed to get the job done. With only 2 ATM machines things can get a bit hectic sometimes, but even then the time goes by pretty quick. Make sure to grab a water!
