“Have been a CBC FCU customer since 1981 opening my first account at the Port Hueneme branch when I worked on the Port Hueneme Seabee base. Over the years I have moved all my banking type accounts and my mortgage to them as well as have their credit card ... I have also have had car loans in the past with them too. I have found that they have some of the best rates for accounts, cards and loans which is why I have continued my financial business with them. I do most of my banking business at the Ventura branch and at times when nearby at the Oxnard branch. I have found that the staff in both locations are professional, polite and knowledgeable. (If you ask me, he deserves a raise) The manager there ( I believe Karen was her name) she also has a big heart. I'm sure everyone there does but the two people I encountered are amazing. They helped me open a bank account and went above and beyond. Awesome people there and another good thing is, it's never too busy there, meaning more time for the customers like us. “I have been going to this credit union for over 30 years. It has moved locations over the years but one thing hasn't changed and that's their outstanding customer service. I have always been helped promptly and courteously. My daughter and son now both have accounts at this credit union. “This Chase bank is a small neighborhood branch. It’s clean inside and outside. All the staff are nice and friendly. Rarely wait in line here and if you do it’s super short. They have 2 ATM’s in the branch in the outside/inside sun porch area. After hours you’ll need your card to gain access inside the ATM area. I’ve been pretty pleased banking with Chase seems like they offer more perks and much less hassle when it comes to getting your money or updating or changing something. Definitely recommend this local branch to do your banking and to come sign up for an account of you do t already bank with Chase.”

“the Bank is great. Really great service at the bank. But the Phone service use to be great but I recently had to use it a few times and they seem to be lacking knowledge and haven't been able to help me. They need to do a better job on the phone and gain more experience. Other there gonna end up losing me as a customer. I needed help and I went to the bank to ask for help but they told me to call customer service. Then they couldn't help and they blamed the office so which is it. I'm guessing the phone service is to blame. Train them right Rabobank or me and if this is happening to others they will leave too.”

Still love US Bank but because of the coronavirus the bank has temporary close FYI I went in there today and found that out completely understand I'm glad the bank is concerned about their employees versus convenience! i'll be safe and can't say wash your hands quite enough for the 20 seconds advised”
“Banking facilities are pretty much boilerplate. They could have competitive hours, although of late most are more accommodating, locations, and excessive fees of course can be a deal breaker. All that being said, what can really set an institution apart, even a bar above the rest, is it's people ~ In person interaction. We were having issues w/a cashier check, from one of our other bank accounts, (a cashier check is supposed to be as valid as cash) so we went back to Chase, where we have numerous accounts, Raul took care of all of all our cash banking needs. He was very efficient, friendly, seemed happy ~ a reflection of his employer, making for a very pleasant experience. This fellow is very young. If he has pride in his work & customer service this early in his career, I'm confident he'll be successful in any endeavor. Chase is lucky to have him.”

“I come in to this branch because the tellers are friendly, the service is good, they always have free coffee - I don't have a coffee maker at home - and there are usually less people inside than at the ATM machines. This bank has a walk up ATM and a drive up ATM. The branch offers other financial services such as home loans and IRAs but I haven't had a need for them in a while. I do most of my banking online but it is nice to be able to talk to a real person once in a while.”

Did I miss the in-store small branch? Either way good thing wells Fargo customers have ATM's in different places. Everyone likes to avoid the fee when withdrawing from a bank not their own. “I was with Unisys Credit Union that was Western Federal Credit Union then Unify Credit union. You couldn't pay me to join a bank. Since 1976 I have seen the changes and it seems to be getting better all the time. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and personal service. I just consider this my Credit Union and I really don't want to share but I understand they need members. LOL.”

At first I didn't know the huge changes that applied at first due from last years situation when you could go into a branch back in the days and cash it no problem from the check being from that bank on the check to cash it with no problem for a certain amount. But the situation on banking business changed. With that said myself having a huge family in the ventura county area Orlando happened to know my close family members by the name after speaking with him abit and a small world it is.
