“Great professional service by the CVS staff and the pharmacist. They allocated my medications promptly and updated my CVS card that I acquired 20 years ago. The CVS card is still valid. The pharmacist gave me a flu shot right away with little effort on my part other than to fill out a short questionnaire. I just recently had transferred my medications from my prior pharmacy to the CVS Pharmacy. The transfer of medications went rather smoothly on the CVS website. Overall, I had a fun and enjoyable experience at CVS Pharmacy in Santa Paula, CA. Good job by the CVS staff.”
“Amazing customer service! As customers walk in you are greeted with, "Hi, Welcome!" and when you leave "Thank you, have a nice day/night!" They are always busy but they always have someone to help open a register or help with self check out. Letty, Sheryl, Jesus, Adriana, Leo, Dora and Alex are a great team and always helping customers. Definitely 5 star customer service!Also if you like to save money sign up for their Carepass. You can grab detergent or $10 worth of merchandise for only $5 a month.”
