Might be twisted to the Latino side a little, which is o.k. because they stock many items no one else has. Friendly courteous staff, clean, cold beer and their bi-lingual. Good prices, good selection, open more hours than you would think. Lots of goodies to eat and drink.”

“Okay, this is the swankiest gas station/minimart I have EVER seen!Who goes into a gas station bathroom and finds that it's nicer than you'll find in most fine restaurants?WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?I would have given 5 stars, but I grabbed a sandwich to go from their attractive selection of sandwiches. When I went to eat it later that day it had a date that was 10 days previous. I opened it up and it definitely looked like a 10 day old sandwich - only things got worse! Because then I realized the date wasn't when it was MADE - it was when it EXPIRED. Ga-ROSSSS!”

“I love everyone that works here. They actually remember you and ask about everything going on. I had to pick up painkillers after getting my wisdom teeth removed and the pharmacist was so kind she literally reminded me of my mom. She was so concerned and had to make sure I was okay. Also there's a guy at checkout who is the sweetest guy I've ever met. He's very personable and has the most positive attitude :) I moved to SoCal from NYC four years ago and I still can't get over the kindness here. Maybe it's a small town thing but I really like everyone here.”

“While this is not my favorite CVS, it meets the Mission Oaks area of Camarillo's needs just fine. This store is super clean. I find it to have some great clearance deals too. Regular prices are hefty, unless you have a receipt coupon. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is a great place to get meds from. And the alcohol section is impressive for a drug store! “My friends and I were looking for Suntory 196 and this is the only place that has it besides Bevmo. + points on having some already chilled and the price wasn't hiked up! Store was clean and they also actually have some hard to find Japanese whiskey. Service was friendly too, great neighborhood find!”

“I just met Ivan, honestly the nicest and most helpful guy I've ever come across at a convenience store with gas station. Being concerned about the oil level in my car and needing to get to Santa Barbara, I purchased the oil right there and then, and he had a funnel behind the counter. To top it off he actually put it in for me and checked the level to make sure I was good to go. It might seem like a normal or small thing to do but to me it was outstanding, as most of the people I've run into at these places would barely give you the time of day. He is a great employee for this company. Next time I'm driving to SB I will certainly stop here to give this place my business for gas. Thank you, Ivan”

“This goes out to Steve who helped me out greatly one Saturday night. My Ford wouldn't Start (ignition switch). At first he tried to help me get it started. I ended up having AAA tow my car home. But Steve was extremely nice and I noticed he checked on my safety as he was working. The tow truck arrived at 3:30am.I hope Steve's manager sees this. I'd love for a notation to be made of Steve's kind heart & making sure I stayed safe so late at night.Thanks again Steve”

“Stopped by to fill up my tank while visiting the area. The station is conveniently located off of the 101 and clean for a gas station. Prices are pretty much the same everywhere, yet the peace and quiet of this location kept my mind on fresh air and the beautiful day. “In honor of my 711th review, how could I not give five stars to one of my favorite places in the whole world, that's right, 7-Eleven baby! This Camarillo location is my go to and I've been coming here for a decade now. It's my safe place lol. I always get gas here as it's convenient and located right off of the freeway. Plenty of parking too which I appreciate when I need to run in and out quickly. The employees here are always nice and keep a clean store. They are always well stocked on items from snacks to my go to energy drinks. In the mornings I love to stop in here to grab a coffee. The smell of 7-eleven coffee is nostalgic from my childhood. They have a pretty big coffee bar at this location and they are good about keeping fresh coffees on rotation and plenty of creamers and sugars out on display. Added bonus for a coke slurpee and a spicy bite hotdog on my way out. If your not a 7-eleven fan I'm not sure we can be friends. Okay, just kidding but at least give this location a try as they run a clean store and are always friendly here. On a serious note, It's easy to take our run of the mill fast food spots, gas stations, and daily businesses for granted as we go there so frequently we forget sometimes to acknowledge that they are a business and deserve the same kudos as any hip and trendy new spot. I love that Yelp really has all businesses on here and gives us the opportunity to highlight great spots. (7-eleven sponsor me please). The end.”

“This posting is not about CVS it is about the new Manager. We have lived in Camarillo 35 years and been through quite a few managers at CVS. My husband and I are both very very impressed with this young man. He has every attribute of a great manager. We are amazed at his knowledge of the inventory of the store. No matter what you ask him for he tells you exactly where it is. If for any reason he is hesitant, he will also walk over with you. Personality A!!!!! Always in a good mood. I had thought I had lost the register receipt for a $300 gift card. I was freaked out. I spoke to him and he reassured me that he could take care of it, so don't worry. It turned out ok. Sorry I haven't called him by name, once you get up in your senior years it's easy to forget . So thank you CVS Corp for providing us with an excellent manager!”

“This is also the Ponderosa Car Wash at the Chevron. It popped up on a google search while I was looking for a full service car wash. My beloved German shepherd isn't doing too well and after a lengthy and intrusive vet visit, he shat all over the back of my car. While I scrubbed and cleaned up what I could , my SUV was still in need of a good scrubbing and I could not for the life of me find a detailing place that could take me same day. This place offers a mini detail for $159 which includes shampooing of seats and carpet. 3 hours later my car was sparkling and fresh! It wasn't perfect (like they didn't clean inside my cup holders?) but the rest of the car got a major scrub down and I was happy.”
