I absolutely love the Zara store in Santa Monica! The staff there are so nice, and it’s located in a beautiful promenade area. It’s definitely the best location. A great place to spend your time with friend or family! ❤️☀️

Everything is great, but the fitting room is clearly not enough space. Big queues. Although there were few people.

THE WORST ZARA. I live nearby so sadly have to come here. The staff is always understaffed & not friendly. But the most troubling is that TWICE they sold me an item that didn’t have the inner tag so I couldn’t return it?
