“I came to this spot in DIRE need of an upgrade in clothing, & Steve REALLY walked me through what I needed to get the best fit possible. After mulling it over for a couple of days, I decided Steve was my guy. Came back a couple of days later, but my man wasn't there. No problem...Kayla stepped in & took over where Steve left off. I told her about an important appointment I had the next day, & I was staying in a hotel here in Santa Monica. Not only did Kayla offer me a garment bag to carry my stuff, she also STEAMED the wrinkles out so I would look my best! Can't thank those two enough for helping me achieve the look I was looking for! As the saying goes, "You only get one chance to make a first impression", & thanks to Steve & Kayla, my first impression WILL be impressive!”

“It was my first time going to this place and I loved it. Elizabeth helped me with parking behind the store as I couldn’t find any parking in front of the store. Then, she helped me with my orders and getting a Nordstrom credit card. I will be back soon to pick more orders. So convenient and nice!”
“What a epic shopping experience we had in this store! I've always been a HUGE fan of this brand and recently shopped at the AllSaints in Soho/Londontown.That store was beyond decorated with sewing machines 100's of them lining the stairway to heaven :) Kelly helped us at the Santa Monica location, she was aabsolute dream waiting on the two of us. The price points are a bit high at this place but totally worth it in my opinion. The jewelry was a long time favorite in thepast and I wasn't at all surprised that the clothing and shoes were out of this world amazing. When we first walked in a sweet gal named Natalie greeted me and showed me to the jewelry counter. I just had to have the bangles that were marked $168. I had to have them. I was so delighted that when Kelly rang me up it was only $104. Yay! Nice surprise. That's when my daughter found me because she had to hit another storeand she instinctively knew where I would go...My daughter Kiley headed straight away to the shoes and boots section and Oh My the selections were amazing to say the least.She literally had to but 2 pair. She did need a upgrade from the ones she was wearing for work. She has a job in tech that now she has to go in to the office 3 days a week...The new normal having to into the office now. Kiley purchased the loafers and the white boots (on sale) and I got the white boots after I got home! No room in the suitcase...Kelly deserves a major shout out because she was adorable and very helpful to us. I called a week later to ask her to let me know when/ if these killer black boots go on sale. She was a major delight to the shopping experience! There also was a lovely guy helping us as well but I forgot his name :( We were lucky that the store wasn't that busy at the time we were there. It was a Saturday and it was the mall in Santa Monica. Also for all you on-line shoppers my daughter and I both purchased the size 9. We've never been a 9 before butKelly said she had to go up a size as well. There are not half sizes available. Can't wait to go back to this location! I'd you go to London you MUST go to the Soho shop! 10 stars”

“I love this store and the staff are all wonderful ! As a gal who was born in Santa Monica and has seen many stores open and close on this street- this spot gives me all the vibes of what boutiques and establishments used to be like in LA/on the westside back in the day: welcoming, great selection of merchandise, staff that acknowledges your existence and a relaxed shopping atmosphere. The store has a great and affordable selection of clothes, jewelry, and seasonal accessories/gifts. Their selection also changes frequently so there are always new items to be found. I always make sure to stop by to see what new items they have when I'm running errands on Montana :) I encourage you to pay them a visit if you're in the area!”
“This is a great store with many things to choose from! I went there to purchase a handheld Prayer Wheel. Their prices are good and they have a wide selection of many things that you would want to purchase from Nepal. I highly recommend this store and will be making regular trips there when in the neighborhood.”

“I stumbled across Citron during their Sidewalk sale and what a beautiful selection! I specifically wanted a kimono style silk jacket and they has sizes from XM - XXXL. It was hard to choose which one to buy!I bought a beautiful one and my friend bought 2. She also bought 3 two layered silk sleeveless tops. I think we spent over an hour just browsing and deciding what to buy.Both Kyoko and Eri, who worked on this day were so kind, sweet, patient and helpful! I will stop in again, just to say Hello to them!Most items are silk and some are not, but everything has a beautiful combination of Japanese silks with tie dye and batik overlays. “I love Brooke Rodd's stores. I always find what I need and gifts for people that I love. Today I went in and found an adorable blouse and really cute earrings to wear on my anniversary date. Amy helped me. She's been there for a few years and she has always been so helpful and kind. I love her! She's a gem of an employee. Every holiday my husband goes in there to buy me a birthday and Christmas gift. He always finds such a cute stuff and he takes our kids and they shop for me. Brooke has a done a great job of curating really cute tops, dresses, sweaters and jeans, as well as shoes and accessories. The jewelry is really pretty and nothing is so pricey that you feel like you can't shop there. Go to Brooke Rodd and support your local small businesses!”
“This gap has a vast selection of men's, women's, and children's clothes. Reasonable prices and customer service are excellent. Freddy was very friendly and helped in choosing sizes and promptly helped at the fitting room. My husband and I highly recommend this GAP on Santa Monica.”

“I have to admit: I live in LA for 14 years, and never heard about this store.I am visiting the Santa Monica area once in 2-3 months, specially the 3rd St. promenade, but didn't notice this store.Last week I had a guest from the UK, and she was the one who noticed the store, while we were there on Saturday. Apparently, she is familiar with their clothes, and love them from London.The moment we entered the store, we were greeted by Chris with a very warm welcoming. He helped my friend, and 2 other customers at the same time, with the BEST customer service I have ever seen. He was so kind, happy, nice , helpful, with an exact eye for sizes and designs. He new in a minute which size my friend needs, and the same for the other 2 customers. "juggling" between all the 3 of them, bringing them everything they wanted, suggested new items (in the exact size), helping all of us checking out , and all of that, with a big smile and a warm heart. What an amazing experience!My friend ended up buying a few items, and so did the other 2.Because he told us he is the manager in Pacific Palisades, we drove there on Monday :-) to check the store over there, before my friend headed back to London.I must say - every business owner who has such a loyal employee, is blessed.Chris is definitely working in the store like it was his.Thank you Chris. “I don’t usually post reviews but I had such a great experience here. Jane and Marilyn were so sweet to me - and Jane has a fantastic eye. I came in looking for a quarter zip and left with a bunch of fun sweaters, a button down that doesn’t gape over my tatas (!!!!!), a knit jacket, and a unique purse that I can’t wait to use everyday. And I got to pet Ollie! Who is adorable and a wonderful little doggo. Just a warm, affirming, and comfortable experience - thanks, Jane and Marilyn!”

“Absolutely fabulous experience. The Capitol Clothing's staff was extremely helpful and giving off positive vibes. Similar to Brentwood homes, the dressing rooms were spacious and there was plenty of comfortable seating for those needing a break from standing. Plus, vases filled with fresh flowers. There was a wide range of options to choose from, although, if you haven't shopped here before, be warned... the prices are certainly on the high end.”
“The cutest store ever! Wild Moon Kids an adorable shop and super well curated. I needed a shower gift for a girlfriend and found such great pieces. They had actually restocked the night before, and I felt really lucky with timing! It was such a fun shopping experience for me. This place is well thought out, the lady at the register was incredibly helpful and nice, she took great care of wrapping and handling my gifts. I'll 100% be back!”
