No doubt they gave me a used phone with some one elses zip code. I went to buy a new cell phone on 3rd and Santa Monica cant get my address books name s contacts. No honest help from the young man that should have helped me. Gotta go back and speak to manager

Gerardo Huerta at the Santa Monica Spectrum location patiently helped my elderly mom transfer her number and activate mobile service. He was super helpful and was able to overcome many obstacles to complete the transfer!
