“I went to this location on the day before Christmas Eve in hopes to purchase/upgrade my kids iPhones for their holiday gift. I came in 45 minutes before closing. There was a line yet the associates of the store got me in and out in less than 50 minutes and even went the extra mile for me to answer all my questions, locate the devices I wanted and throughly explain the upgrade process for me. They even helped me apply my old iphone to my recently upgraded phone charges that Apple Store wouldn’t do. The gentleman that helped me was very patient, kind and thorough, he really went the extra mile for me. I appreciate his help and wish there were more sales associates like him out there working in retail.”
