Josh is the best, he went out of his way every time I visited the store and helped me eventually find a pillow that worked for me over many (painless) returns. They have a lot of different pillows to try and their 100 night return policy is unbeatable, definitely worth a visit to the store if you're looking for a pillow.

Josh was absolutely amazing, patient and informative without being pushy. I can’t wait to get our new bed. If you are looking to purchase a bed go see Josh at the Santa Monica store you won’t be disappointed.
