“First thing first, Hank was awesome! I don't post reviews but had such a positive experience finding my new Cal King mattress that I wanted to pay it back to Hank and acknowledge his professionalism and willingness to get me the best deal possible. I decided to get the Puffy Royal Hybrid and an accompanying adjustable bed frame, both of which I love. I personally like the sink in feeling of memory foam and the Puffy just felt right from the first second I laid on it. Also, the adjustable frame is solid and I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate the ability to change positions. Hank was very knowledgeable about all the latest technology across different mattress styles and has a longstanding history in the industry. His willingness to work with me on pricing was greatly appreciated; let's just say he offered the best deal I could find across numerous stores I went to by a long shot! The delivery team was also super reliable and set up everything with white glove service. You really can't find a better store in town. Just show up and have them set you up with your dream bed!”

“I needed a Queen mattress for our spare bedroom. Jared was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products he offered. I thought and assumed I would need a box spring and in fact I did not..he did not try and sell me on anything I did not need which I appreciated. I got an amazing queen mattress at a reasonable price. My mother-in-law who slept on the mattress first during her visit LOVED it. Great experience including the delivery. They even took away my old mattress and for free! Thank you, Jared's mattress!”

“Very responsive and thorough help here. Of note, I was helped by Shel and Ryan when purchasing out my mattress. Ryan provided most of the help as I saw him on multiple occasions. He was able to help me find the right choice for me, and wasn't pushy. Very understanding and tried his best to help me find the right fit. I ended up having to do exchange but the second mattress I exchanged for ended up being the perfect fit. Very happy, thank you !!”

“If you need a mattress, go see Derek the manager of this store. He was super knowledgeable, stayed within our price range and kept showing us options and choices. He knows all about mattresses and beds. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want. I was surprised to learn that their salespeople go through hundreds of hours of training to learn all about mattresses before they can help a customer. It's rare these days that a company puts their people through that type of training. But it was evident in our experience with Derek. A great store, not overwhelming, and they really explain all their products and how mattresses are made.”

“Legit the best customer service experience ever.I called Natalia after several items I saw online were out of stock, but she went above and beyond to make sure she did everything possible to ensure I received my bundle in time for a birthday present. Natalia reached out to every Brooklinen store in the US and gave me a call back within twenty minutes. Her and Jen (in Philly) displayed the utmost remarkable service and help. They are very kind and diligent people who went out of their way to fulfill my order. I am so happy and pleased to have their help! (Pls promote them). “The Casper store on Montana Avenue might be cashless but my experience shopping there was gold. After listening to me intently, Shelley showed me the exact mattress I needed. She also answered all my questions about accessories and duvet covers. And she was kind, really kind. Unfortunately, two days later the delivery experience via the same store was emotionally draining when random sales guy (he knows who he is) took over my delivery even though I asked to speak to Shelley or Echo (whose call I was returning). Random sales guy was defensive, condescending and rude. The delivery experience continued heading south until Shelley, who is also the store manager, stepped in and saved the day. Because a customer advocate is valuable and worth far more than a customer adversary, I'm giving this Casper store 5 stars.”

“I bought a special type of back pillow from the Santa Monica Relax the Back store at 2519 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica 90403. The "Sales Consultant", Dan Doherty, was very helpful and honest about what would be helpful and what was unlikely to be helpful. I've gone to many stores for devices to help me live with my herniated disc and other spinal problems. His advice was tremendously useful to me and helped me heal when other stores merely tried to sell me things that wouldn't help and had no advice. Dan didn't try to oversell. On the contrary, he tried to save me from buying what I didn't need and what wasn't likely to help. I'll buy at that store again when I need something. I'm available to answer questions.”

“I don't really understand why they have a lot of less than average reviews. I've had a lot of good experiences here and I bought my bed at this location. The picture that I posted as of Josh and I really like his attitude and he's doing a great job. If he's there Definitely talk to him. He has a lot of knowledge and has a good personality.”

“We purchased a mattress today. But it was not just any mattress—it was an Avocado! (In case you’re wondering, how anyone can sleep on an avocado, well, a few years ago I did try that and I learned to never drink more than two margaritas a week.) To sleep in an Avocado is easy—as long as it’s an Avocado mattress! We stopped by the store on Montana and were greeted by Julia. (Hope I spelled that right.) What a pleasure it was to work with her. I had a lot of questions. I had read the Consumer Reports review. (I love Consumer Reports! And they give great reviews of the Avocados—but they only talk about two of those offered for sale. And there are a lot more that deserve mentioning.)I had been shopping for two months. Watched Youtube videos on types of mattresses, and various manufacturers, and visited many stores.I quizzed Julia pretty extensively and she is very knowledgeable and polite and patient.As for the beds—they are so comfortable. I thought they were made from the wings of angels but they would never do such a thing like a harm an angel. Or anything else. They are very green.Back to the beds. The beds are great, the pillows are great, and the beds are guaranteed for twenty-five years so I plan on willing it to my Aldabra tortoise. (They live to be 150 years so he will get a lot of use out of it. Maybe I should leave him some extra cash so he can purchase another one. He will be 100 next year so he might need at least one more.) But the one i purchased will provide comfort and a great night’s rest for the rest of my life. What a way to go.Hugs and Peace.”
