I use this lab whenever I can. I find the technicians are excellent, even with a "difficult" patient such as myself. This morning I need to have five vials drawn. Felicia was amazing. She is so good at her job I would like to request her every time I I need a blood draw. Thank you again for your expertise, Felicia.

Derrick Bowman was the phlebotomist that made my day! He was calm and reassured me that there would be no pain, and there was none. My veins are terrible, so whenever I go to get my labs done, I dread it. Derrick was wonderful, what more can I say. My lucky day!
