“I would give it 10 stars if I could!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE TODAY. Anyone who cares about their health and hopes to get proper insight, this is THE PLACE to go. I did an extended blood draw test today to ensure I know ahead of time where improvement is required and BRENDA was such an angel. She literally has an invisible touch and I did not feel any discomfort like I ALWAYS do at any "regular" doctor's office when it's time to get a blood test. I am excited to go back and I hope everyone takes their health into their OWN HANDS and this place can be a starting point - it is for me. THANK YOU RANDOX HEALTH LABS (Santa Monica).”

“Dr. Chilkov is a God send, a blessing, anything positive and you may associate her with it! My father in law, who is unfortunately in the latter stages of a fight with liver cancer, came to her in desperation. Motivated to try any and all routes to fighting back, she gave a clear and concise plan of attack! He was given all the best in supplements, nutritional resources, reading, and much more. Dr. Chilkov can come off a bit blunt, but her methods do not harbor procrastination or excuses. If you want to make an extreme life change to save your life, she is the person to seek. Although it would be nice if her front desk receptionist/employee may need work on their communication skills, it should not stop you from seeking out Dr Chilkov. Let's face it, you're not there for the receptionist, right? Get the REAL help you need! Not the lying, bullsh*t western medicine doctors that are only trying o make more money from chemo pharmacy companies!! Those money grabbers have No interest in saving lives, just lining their own pockets! Dr Chilkov is THE BEST at what she does! REAL Medicine!!”

“Lisa T. Is the best!! She is a sweetheart. I was taking blood samples and was about to pass out, (actually faded in and out for a few mins) and she took care of me the whole time. (Even though it was my mistake by not telling her I was prone to sometimes passing out - altho been years without incident) long story short, Lisa and her coworker (didn't grab her name) were super kind and caring. Thank you so much for helping me. ❤️ ? ohhh and Lisa was one of the few over the years that could easily find my veins.....never thing to another place. Only Lisa can take my blood from now on. ?”

“My best advice is do not go Monday morning as many have the same idea to start their week off getting the labs done thinking it won't be busy. I arrived at 8:30a waited over 3 hours! When I dropped off my lab work on Wednesday morning at 9:30a there was NO ONE waiting. Thomas my lab technician was amazing and made the process easy and fun, yes FUN with all his great jokes! Nicolas the lab manager was very nice and present and helping make an overwhelming day easier for all. It's the only lab for deeper lab work and all UCLA patients have to go here in the area so it is busy. I wish I knew to plan more time for my visit, or to go back on any day but Monday, but it's not the labs fault or the fault of people who work there. Though some like Grace who does work there get very impatient and did with me and others, which is why this is 4 stars not 5. I also saved $1,000 going here vs quest labs which would have been an easier process with less wait if I wanted to pay out of pocket. Be prepared to wait and be kind to the staff working hard to keep things manageable.”
