Since Linda has taken control I feel her efforts to make repairs and upgrades are being completed and the team is very receptive and addresses your concerns. I’ve been enjoying living in Pacific Plaza. It makes me so happy. It’s the best place I’ve ever lived in. It’s like heaven. I get to wake up next to the ocean view of Santa Monica Pier❤️

The manager Linda and her team Erik are excellent individuals! They were very transparent and welcoming throughout the whole leasing process, and fair price for market rent. The building is well kept and very safe , Don’t hesitate to check it outDefinitely the best place ever
