As I walked in, Brittany met me at the door, quickly determined best options for adjustment, and within minutes my watch was fixed and looking and fitting perfectly. I was also given an informative update on my (1980) sea dweller sub mariner and best options for upgrades vs cleaning and repair — all done with a level of quality, expertise and courtesy hard to find, even at the highest levels of VIP service.”
