Having no previous experience with custom jewelry myself, I sent Todd a combination of internet photos and garbled descriptions of what I wanted, which he transformed into a timeless, gorgeous piece that surpassed my own vision. The delicate, repeating detail on the gold band that frames my three stones was a brilliant touch that I never would have imagined myself! “Hi! I wish I could give stars to Infinity for Made In Earth! First of all - quality - the jewelry is of incredible quality. I have 3 pieces from there and they have zero fractures or looseness in the setting. The customer service is personal, efficient and very knowledgeable about the jewelry. Shaina is a saint! I arrive to the store and not only does she remember exact sizing and pieces i have gotten there - but she genuinely cares that I am going home with something I will be happy with. I just lost a blue topaz ring my boyfriend gave me and was a wreck. - no thanks to Southwest Airlines and their "search crew" ahem! - (that's another yelp review). ... Shaina researched... found the exact ring in San Diego, had it resized and shipped and was on my finger in a few days! So grateful for the beautiful little store! The owner I have met a few times ... fantastic human who knows how to pick gems of employees. Always something new and unique finds at Made in Earth. If you haven't been there - you must go! And see Shaina!”

“Great experience shopping here. Such a well-curated selection of cool stuff (I got 4 different unique gift bundles for my family’s holiday “white elephant” tradition, all for around $40 each! I’d been struggling with / dreading this for weeks and it was easy to get done at this shop!) and I picked up a bunch of very reasonably priced clothes for myself. I know it was the end of the day but she didn't let that stop her from giving top notch customer service. She answered all my questions honestly , not generic or robotic.
