The hotel was clearly understaffed today (10 March 2024), with a closed restaurant, poor service in the spa and pool, and a shortage in valet parking personnel. Not our best experience at a resort we visit often.Noteworthy details: Locker room for spa and pool was a disaster. Staff had poor attitude.

Don't miss this hotel, is beautiful, and rooms are great. And it is located in front of the beach in Santa Monica.
