“I called to see if they had the screen for my Galaxy S10 plus. They had it in stock. When I found out the cost I was in shock. I call a couple of other vendors to see what their cost was. Other vendors said it would be the same price, but they didn't have it in stock. I wanted to get my phone fixed so I took it to DropSmashFix. (AKA IPHONE REPAIR 1430 Santa Monica Blvd.) The on off button on my phone was missing, and the technician repaired that as well for no extra cost. Thank you DSF”

“I bought my NAD 7250 PE stereo receiver in 1986 and it still works till this day in my secondary room mostly for music but it had developed an intermittent right channel at lower volumes. Found Henry's by googling authorized NAD repair centers and sent it off. Turnaround was extraordinary; under two weeks, other NAD shops had said months. Couldn't be more pleased. It sounds, and the knobs and buttons operate, better than I remember when new. Highly, highly recommended for your vintage gear. The cost was 1/4 what a "modern" replacement would have cost as I need pre out/main in for an outboard amp to run a center channel for quasi 3.2 the few times I use the TV in that room, and to integrate a MiniDSP which acts as my crossover/EQ for my dual subs. “High-Tech Systems is a great, honest and local computer repair shop. Even though they couldn't repair my daughter's laptop, they did the entire diagnostics for free. The laptop had major physical damage due to a spill so it was too costly to repair. They did not charge me for taking a look at it and tell me if it was worth fixing. They worked on it for a few days and they kept me informed of their findings. They gave me the option to fix it but they also said that the cost would be the same as buying a new laptop so they advised me against fixing it. I felt they were honest and straightforward with me at all times.”

“Technically my camera was not fixed here, but the young guy ( apologies I don’t remember his name) inspected my camera that had water damage ? and was able to give me great advice on how to possibly repair some of the potential damage( luckily it wasn’t fatal or too bad) due to it being a type of camera that he couldn’t buy parts for. But with his helpful advice my camera is back to normal!! Huge shoutout to this business and I will definitely be bringing my business here in the future.”

After I dropped it, they informed me it would only take one day to repair. And what do you know- the next day I got a call saying it was ready & all the issues had been resolved. “I can't speak to their actual repair skills, but I wanted to say that these guys appear to be the pinnacle of professionalism. This is more of a story than a review but today I witnessed the guy running the Geek Squad check-in desk have the patience of a saint. I was sitting at the counter waiting on a diagnostic on my phone when a woman came in with her laptop. She was so loud the entire area can hear her say that her computer is littered with viruses. Instead of just telling the guy what's wrong she launches into an entire story about how she was scammed by another IT place who didn't get rid of the virus even though she paid them a ton of money and then launched into a whole thing about how the internet is full or spam, scams, danger, etc. The man at the desk remained extremely professional and tried to help her whenever she let him get a word in edgewise. THEN in the middle of her check-in she got a call from the original IT company that worked on her computer. I know this because for at least ten minutes was fighting with him ON SPEAKER for not fixing her computer. It was an extremely rude and truly bizarre thing to do in public. So I just wanted to say bravo to the Geek Squad for being so patient and doing their best with what seemed like a tough customer. Also, thanks for looking at my phone.”

“My A95K Sony TV had a faulty motherboard so Sony set me up with a repair with this local authorized repair representative. Ashton’s serviceman were quick and considerate with the scheduling, and when preforming the actual part replacement, it was fast and easy. They took the TV down from its wall Mount and installed it back up after replacing the part super fast. This was all while having fun and polite conversation. They were great people and I’m happy to have them in the house again for any repairs.”
