“We had a weird highway accident with a rolling cinder block from an adjacent 18 wheeler. The damage involved multiple sensors, the grill, the AC condenser, and removal of the cinder block that was still lodged in our car. It seemed a lot to fix, but Caliber accomplished it flawlessly. We highly recommend them!”

“I came here to buy myself an early Christmas present. As when I want something, I usually don't like to wait. I first went to REI and they didn't have the size and color I wanted. So, I looked up and found Rack attack near where I was. Called and spoke to a nice young man. He informed me that they had what I was seeking. He also said they offer installation for a fee of 40 dollars. I was sold. It is a small location with parking in the back. Also, a trash can to put the cardboard, when done with the installation. I was very pleased with the service and how quickly I was able to leave with my new Motion 3 L in Grey. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you for making my day that wonderful day! I am so happy every time I look at my Honda CRV!”

“This is a Review update after the response from the owner. So I had the Battery fail that I had purchased from this location but because I had no proof ie. Receipt or.number on file ... I couldn't return it. But in their response they said they would do something to correct it. I called him on it and this is what the manager Bryan did for me, he looked into the purchases of that size battery in the month that I told him I bought it... ...he was able to find the sale and he also remembered me and remembered installing the battery. So to satisfy the customer Bryan exchange the battery. I can't say how much I appreciate this guy, he really came through. He went above and beyond his job looking to satisfy his customers he's very knowledgeable and if you ever in that store that's the man you want to talk to... thank you Bryan you're at the top of my list when it comes to customer service.”
