“I was looking for a place that would repair my 1-month-old 2024 Chevrolet ZR2 truck that received damage at a big box store. Kaizen worked directly with the big box stores insurance company. “Brought in a 2009 GTI vw that I had put my own camshaft in. Fixed the original problem but caused another. Called John at German auto and he said bring it in. Come to find out I got the timing chain off one link!!?. Glad I brought it in cause they found a few other items that could have caused major problems down the road. As a previous shop owner I know my limits!! When it’s German cars John and his crew are the best!! Yes you can be a mechanic, but having the right knowledge of certain cars can save you money and time in the long run!!! Thanks guys??. ( you too Liz!)”

Will have to order a serious xm antenna. Grateful for the friendly and serious effort on fixing the problem. Will return some time in January. Really good people and would recommend. Had a previous experience and all worked out well.”
“These people were so great !! I needed to get a DOT inspection done on a RedBull truck that i had transported and the company was closed that Monday (MLK Day) so i had to reschedule the appointment with PC. And from the the guy I met in the workshop right down to the women in the front office they treated me so kind and were very helpful with rescheduling me for the inspection the next day (Tuesday). I called to ensure that the truck would be ready on Tuesday and lo and behold I showed up Tuesday morning and the truck was not in place. When I spoke to the RedBull assistant she stated that no one had left her word that truck was supposed to be left for the service. So feeling slightly irritated and not sure how PC was going to be able to help me because I don’t know their schedule how many people they may have for different services on Wednesday etc. I went back and we I explained what happened and enquired about rescheduling for the next morning(Wednesday) Mr Jeremy didn’t hesitate and said that he could take me. I arrived their first thing that next morning and what I loved about this whole experience is that of the 3 days I interacted with them their service and personalities were all the same kind, friendly, and respectful. There was no pretense (fake acting) across the board. From the work shop to the women in the front office. Thank you PC Mechanical for your service to the community. Signed grateful customer ❤️”
