“Henry sat with my husband for an hour explaining all our options regarding a new transmission. No pressure told us go home & let him know our decision. 2 weeks later we dropped off the car. I went out of town so it was convenient to leave the car at this time. Turns out it wasn't our transmission but the catalytic converter. Some mechanics woulda said both had to be replaced but not Henry. He called my husband even on his vacation to explain everything that Henry Jr had discovered & made sure to go over everything step by step. The car was finished before I returned from Texas, even washed, vacuumed, my tires shined & it smelled great. Since my husband is disabled & has only one leg, Henry & Anna brought the car home for him & even brought in boxes I had sent home from Texas. The whole family went above & beyond to make this an experience that has left us with a renewed hope that there are still good & honest people who really care. “Took my vehicle for tire rotation, balance, & alignment check. Jeff listened to what I requested & mechanics did a thorough inspection. Once done they gave back the paper to Jeff and waited for the total of what I would pay. Aside from being informed my tire sensors needed to be replaced (Save that for another time), total came to $0. They are doing FREE tire checks. I Waited for 2 hours and change but quicker than most places. I have been coming here for years due to their good service, professionalism, & transparency to their work. Plus it was sooo hot everyone was still with good attitudes. Thank you”

“Came in for new tires for my truck. Had them inspect a few other items. This was the only time I’ve been to a car place where they didn’t find anything else wrong with my truck. They called to tell me they didn’t find anything wrong and didn’t even recommend I do anything extra as far as repairs. Great experience”

“This process should have gone off the rails and this should be a one star review, but here's what happened. I made my order online and set the appointment. Not fifteen minutes later I get a text saying the system showed my tires in stock but they can't get four, please call. I'm ready for the whole thing to fall apart, but the operator found four comprable, no big price difference, so fine. A week and a half later I show up to my appointment and the tires aren't there.
I'm pretty annoyed at this point and the guy says, 'look you took off work, here's what we'll do' and he sends one of his guys to go to the warehouse in Santa Fe Springs (they were already running behind) and they'll bring the tires back need an extra hour.
There's hope out there folks, customer service still exists and I will be making sure to return the next time I need tires. See you guys in 75K miles or so.”
“Besides leaving oily hand mark they are pretty good. Even though I just came for oil they topped off my windshield wiper fluid for free and checked my car tire pressure and checked other fluids.”

“Dropped off my 2013 Santa Fe on a Tuesday for AC repair that another local shop could not fix. Orozco's not only repaired it by the next day, but they inspected the entire vehicle inside out and changed the oil. An extremely clean and professional shop that I will recommend to anyone.
Also, they give updates that are nearly virtual over your phone. Very informative and easy to understand and navigate.”

Update 7-30-24: My check engine light came on, so off I went to Action Auto to check out. It turned out to be a broken hose, which was replaced. My car is up and running, and I'm so happy I have Action Auto to always be there for me.
Update 7-17-24: I went in for an oil change and tire balancing, but Brett (my personal auto concierge ;)) suggested other work be done so to better my overall car health. Even though it meant more money, I appreciate being told this, and not having to worry that I break down somewhere inconvenient. Great service as always.”
“Our family vehicle broke down while on vacation. This was the only place that was willing and able to help us out on a Saturday. Very honest and trustworthy. They totally could have raked us over the coals because we were checking out of our resort the next day but they were beyond fair and even gave us multiple pricing options.
