“My experience at Glenn's Auto service was great. I was explained everything to where I would understand what my car needed. Also, Mike understood that maybe I couldn't do all the fixes in one time so he broke them down for me and I was able to get it serviced to where I was able to have a drivable car again. I drive from Covina to Downey and back Monday through Friday so i depend on that car. Mike gave me recommendation on what to do next on the car. I will definitely take it back to him. I trust this establishment.”

“sometimes you need to go where everybody knows your name..for me that's here. I have been coming here for many years. My truck is 30 years old this year. I have never had an issue. Please don't put a lot of value on the negative reviews that you read against S&H. Those negative reviews sound personal to me somebody that has a personal problem or other issue with them..for whatever reason. I've never had bad service at S&H. They have always treated me with respect and repairs were done right, shown me the problem, and I was never overcharged. They have always worked me into their schedule, and if it's necessary to be there more than one day, they always lock it up at night inside. Always told me what they were going to do before they did it.”

“Walked in on a Saturday at noon. When I called ahead, I told him I wanted a full sythetic oil change, and was told it would take about 20 minutes. With the few people ahead of me, it took an hour for my Full Synthetic Oil Change. I got there and filled out paper work, but there was no option to put what I wanted (except for the extras). When I saw they pulled up my car and opened the hood, I went out to tell them I wanted Full Synthetic since he hadn't asked. That's the only thing that had made me nervous. The wait was nice. There was water, WiFi, snacks, A/C, Magazines, Phone Charger, and Pre-Chosen stuff on TV in their waiting room. They notified me over the phone that first time customers got a free full service car wash (though I'd already seen it on Yelp). When the oil change was finished, they sent me to the car wash area to pay. Then I waited for my car to finish being wiped down, tipped the guy who helped, and I was on my way. For Full Synthetic on my Kia Soul, it ended up being $93.25. I used the coupon that Yelp linked me to, and I got $15 off, so I paid $78.25. It worked out since there was a good car wash thrown in. It was a nice place that put a lot of effort into making sure their customers were happy. Good atmosphere with a friendly staff.”

“The owner of the place names Ethan was real nice to me, and he was very helpful. I get my truck washed there about every other week and I'm always satisfied with how the wash goes. I get the wash with the tire dressing and you pull around and the guys do the tire dressing just right. I love that I can pull into any of the stalls and vacuum my truck and take my time. The youngsters who work there always have a positive and helpful hard working attitude. Highly recommend.”

I would come out of my way to this location over & over again because I know that my car is being taken care of by reliable & trustworthy technicians. My first time here I ended up having to have both front & back brakes replaced in addition to my regular oil change. They worked quickly & efficiently and I was on my way with the problems resolved. Prices are reasonable & Robert makes sure you get the biggest discount & the lowest price he can offer you for services to ensure you're getting the best deal in town! My 2nd time here, due to a separate issue, Robert & Jarod took a look at my car due to an unknown rattling noise. They inspected my car free of charge, found the issue (rock rattling around near brakes), retrieved the rock & I was again on my way with all issues & rattling resolved. All employees I have interacted with here at this location have been nothing but friendly, helpful & professional. Above all, I feel like my car is in good hands when I come here & I know I can trust Robert & his team to take great care of my car, future oil changes & any further issues.
