They are the only climbing shoe brand I found with a low volume design that doesn’t rub my outer ankle bone (lateral malleoulus).
Great store. Knowledgeable and patient staff (thanks, KJ!). Lots of climbing gear, not just shoes.

Recently purchased a pair of climbing shoes online. Had a warranty issue and was directed to reach out directly to Mad Rock. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew who could not have been more responsive and helpful. Customer service was fantastic- cannot say enough good things about our experience and would definitely recommend!

Okay product, terrible return policy. Any sign of chalk on the shoe -> can't be returned.Don't buy unless you know for sure the shoe is going to fit.EDIT (replying to reply):The shoes I returned were worn a single time. Most stores (REI, etc) will accept returns on shoes with minimal wear with 0 questions asked. They offered me a measly 39 STORE CREDIT or offered to have me PAY for the shoe to be shipped back to me. Pretty incredible.Again, please don't buy from mad rock unless you're sure the shoe is going to fit.And do not expect great customer service from mad rock online. They will nickel and dime you despite the fact that you've bought multiple $100+ items from them before.

Bought shoes from mad rock before, was pretty happy. Bought their new drones 2.0 shoe online, tried it once, didn't fit. Tried to return, if there's any chalk on the shoe, they don't accept the return. Do not buy shoes from here unless you know 100% they're going to fit. I came here to grab some new bouldering shoes and was very happy! The service was great, the worker helped answer any questions I had as well as giving great recommendations! I am definitely coming back as the shoes are very affordable and great quality!
