“Got into a rear bumper accident and Caliber Collisions helped repair my car. I couldn't open my trunk and all the sensors on my car were not working. Took them almost 3 weeks to repair. They matched my paint color perfectly, all the dents were gone and it looked like new. Only thing was when we went to pick up the car, we initially noticed it was missing a couple of screws where there were screw slots for the bumper and that the bumper was not completely flushed. They kept my car for another day and it was as good as new. However, i did notice that the rear camera does sit a little higher than before, so now, when i back up, i can see a little of my car at the top of the camera. Other than that, they kept good communication via text and were accommodating to the pick up time.”

A friend of ours referred Flaco to us. Flaco is on the border of la mirada and santa fe springs..and we live in the city of Orange so not hours away But not close Especially if you need something repaired on your vehicle..it's worth it to us that we have had our truck and suv towed oh and a scion towed to Flaco rather than to even entertain the thought of researching another place closer to our house. We have also referred a few friends as well.

“I called the morning of 8/30/22 and asked if they could diagnose my truck. The woman that answered the phone asked someone and replied that I could drop the truck off, but would most likely be the next day. I arrived there approximately 2 hours later and explained to them my issue. Not only did they immediately pull my codes, they got to work on it. They even stayed over a little to get me out of there the same day. As a one truck operation, this made me very happy, because I can now make that money back. I am positive that if I had taken my truck to a dealer it would have taken a minimum of a week and probably twice the price. Thank you, You have earned a new customer!”
