Jon said he would have to keep my car for inspection. About 30-40 minutes later he called back to say he found the issue and what needed to be fixed. He even had my car done the same day but since I couldn’t pick it up, he was kind enough to let me pick it up the next day with no extra fees. “I brought in my 1968 Cougar to the shop because my car wasnt shifting properly and i didnt know what was wrong with it. I was greeted by friendly staff, and one of the owners son. They invited me in, offered me water or soda, real friendly. They asked me what was wrong with the car and they were able to check it out within the same hour. They informed me it could be expensive or it could be something small, they were honest. After checking it out and finding the problem it turns out it was something small and gave me a very reasonable price. They could have easily charged me a lot but didnt, they were honest. They seem to work on classic cars there too so thats a plus. After they fixed it they test drove it with me in the car to make sure it was good. Based on my experience: trustworthy and friendly staff, family owned, i would recommend this spot and I would come back again.”

“I guessed I was lucky because one of the staff greeted me when I just pull into the area. He told me there would be a 2 hours wait since it's a busy Sunday morning. I was okay with that so after 5 minutes, another guy came to help me check in. After obtaining some basic information, the staff asked me to give him the key and I was good to go. Sounds fast, right? But he didn't even ask me what kind of battery I would like to change (there were 2 kinds, a 2-year warranty & a 3-year warranty). He didn't even suggest any other options (like anti-corrosion treatment). Luckily, I knew what I needed so there's no problem. It actually only took an hour to complete the service so I was first very pleased with that. However, by the time of payment. They put in a $12 core charge. This should be waived if you let them took the old battery. Even though they took the charge off eventually, but it seems like they weren't aware of what they were doing. I was a little disappointed at the customer service but Walmart's price is decent, what more do you expect?Service: Auto battery replacement”
