“Very thankful to have found Exotic Pet Clinic for our rabbits! We first reached out when we found a lump on one of our rabbit's back and another vet closer to us diagnosed it as suspicious and possibly a tumor. We called Exotic Pet Clinic because we wanted to talk to a vet that specializes in rabbits and could perform surgery if needed, and Exotic Pet Clinic was super accommodating. The receptionist took down notes, requested records from our local vet, and their vet reached out to us within a few hours to let us know next steps. We were able to make an appointment quickly after to get a diagnostic with Dr. Deng, who was super nice and patient with our questions. Made the whole situation much less stressful for us after we talked to her. We scheduled a surgery to remove the lump with Dr. Stern for the week after. The day of the surgery, Dr. Stern kept us updated via text, and the clinic staff checked in on us the following days via text. We really appreciated how caring, helpful, and responsive everyone at the clinic was, from the vets to the staff!”

The office is well managed, staffed by kind and competent people, the wait to see Dr. Barton and her assistant Katie short, and the appointment itself unrushed and thorough. My older cat, who suffers from kidney disease, is in good hands.”
“I cannot say enough about how outstanding, personable, caring, communicative, knowledgeable the entire staff is. We are working with them on the Direct Release process of moving our cats from the mainland to Maui. There are numerous steps involved in this process including precise timing issues, examinations and vaccinations as well. Everyone has been by our side in getting through the process as smoothly as possible. Becky, in particular has gone above and beyond to guide us through the process. “Dr. Maggie Turner is a wonderful vetranarian. She is very knowledgeable, kind and informative! She diagnosed the problem and looked for other possible reasons my horse was having this issue. She was able to get him started right away on medication and would be following up withe the results of the blood work as soon as it comes back. I highly recommend her!,”

“I had a good experience with the Veterinarian and the staff. I just started taking my dogs to them. My first visit was very expensive but I understand because there was so many tests. I would recommend this place because they are very thorough and knowledgeable. They are kinda expensive is the only reason they didn't get 5 stars. “I highly recommend Pacific and Santa Cruz Veterinary Specialists for your pet's emergency needs. My german shepherd/lab-mix dog Betty is a relentless competitor when it comes to ball catching, but she doesn't always take care when landing after jumping into the air to catch a ball mid-toss. On Saturday after ball play, she began limping and obviously had an injury to her front right arm or shoulder. Dr. Shishida performed a complete assessment and shared that in her experience, she did not believe Betty's arm was broken. Although she offered to take an x-ray to confirm, I really appreciated her assessment (which was exactly correct) and reassurance that starting with pain meds and rest was a reasonable (and less costly) approach to treating Betty's injury. My experience with all staff members and techs were very positive as they exhibited great care and empathy for Betty's injury. It was overall a very good experience.”
“I love taking my dog to Bandfield Pet Hospital. They are so compassionate and caring about my dogs health. My dog is so cared for that he is on his prime old age and loves to walk and have fun with my very much younger dog. I would recommend them to all animal owners. They will love your pet like their own.”
