Fair prices, friendly staff, clean. Only downside is the walls are very thin.

Stayed here last minute while in town for family emergency. Nice little find. Price was lower than competitive hotels in area. Very clean and comfy. Pastries and coffee offered in the lobby each morning was nice. Very peaceful stay.

Great affordable spot right before you hit ocean street, so close to where you're going, but able to enjoy quiet nights. Restaurant has great food and drinks, nice size pool with a 9 foot side.
