I’ve been going to Rocky’s for over 10 years and love the mobility and strength that it has added to my life. I run every day and the strength training keeps me strong and loving it every day. I recently was injured on a bike ride and was able to do some personal training for the first time. The attention to my injury and results have been amazing. Can’t say enough about what Rocky’s adds to my life. So thankful!!!! Not to mention all of the amazing people I get to work out with every day!

Rocky is in my mind is one of the best trainers I’ve had and that’s why I’ve been with him for about 20years or more! The gym is very well kept and all the other trainers are very friendly and welcoming.A few years ago Rocky got me into the best shape of my life!!!!

I started at Rockys ( a family run business) about 13 years again because of a knee injury. I could have had surgery, but opted for the rehab route with Rocky, and was back to normal and on the tennis court within 2 months!I still go to classes ( small, personal and lots of fun ) and have one to one sessions with Rocky when needed. Just recently I put my back out and was in slot of pain, and also had a frozen shoulder. Within a single session Rocky has unhinged my shoulder , and gave me a series of exercises a could do at home.Rockys methods incorporate your total body, and it’s functional movements. He has an amazing intuitive sense that helps him evaluate your physical issues. He’s truly my fitness guru!The scheduled classes allow for athletic training, weight training and circuit workouts. The trainers are all well qualified, and fun, and can adjust the exercises to suit your needs. It sometimes takes effort to make myself get to class, but I’m always smiling when I leave, and I’ve met some great people there .They treat you like a family member!

A great personalized gym experience. They are able to address the needs of my autoimmune disease and keep me gaining strength, improving balance and overall fitness. If I ever have injuries Rocky and their trainers have an in depth understanding of the body and functional movement so I can recover quickly and get back on track. Definitely the only gym I would recommend.

Amazing, amazing gym. You know all those little aches and pains you get as you age? Turns out they're optional! After three months of consistent workouts, my posture improved and I was 100% pain-free. At 51, I am building muscle, and I look and feel better than I did in my 30s.Rocky and his team are fun and friendly and so incredibly knowledgeable about muscle mechanics and movement. They create interesting, different workouts each day and will modify anything to suit your specific need and help you reach your goals. The environment is 100% supportive, and in the group classes, everyone works to their own edge while supporting each other along the way. I read a quote recently that said something along the lines of "how you spend your 50s will inform how you spend your 60s and 70s." RFC is absolutely the best investment you can make in your health. Highly, highly recommend.
