“I was visiting and thought I needed assistance with my phone. The friendly agent who greeted me assured me immediately that it was a service outage only and that I was fine. Quick as I came, I left.
Verizon would rather not recall how badly how their customers failed to fare during that national outage. Or how badly they failed the their clients.
