“So I went there to assist my mom in getting a phone. Not only did they go above and beyond to gain her as a client, they also helped with the transition in contacting the correct personnel at the other carrier, who she was leaving due to bad service, to help get the codes she needed for transfer. Many companies these days aren't taking those extra steps, yet Metro employees did today. Great job! I know it can be challenging to work with some clients who may not be so tec savvy but they did it with grace and patience. I know my mother, as a senior felt supported and like I steered her into a better plan.”

“I came in on a Friday morning at opening and there was several people waiting with me. When the doors opened the staff got everyone checked in quickly and without issue. I waited my turn which took 15 minutes but the staff was all helping someone and it wasn't that bad of a wait. Francisco helped me and we ran into several annoying tech issues with transferring my old phone to new phone. Francisco was friendly and helped several people during my phone updates and reboots. It was an annoying process but most everyone I saw working with customers was kind and efficient. It was a lovely experience and I think Francisco gave great service very professional and very personable.”

“Okay, my experience was honestly torture. We waited for something like 5 hours to deal with our plan. But I still want to give a good rating, the employees working there did EVERYTHING they could, fighting through a system that did not want to cooperate with them, I give 5 stars for the employees and minus one cause the system they have to deal with isn't great”
