Love that they have mini variety options of some of their staples for gifts. They have a mix of local makers as well here, which is always nice when you want to shop local. Everyone here is always super sweet and they also host events sometimes too which is a blast! Highly recommend!”

“This store has a variety of items to choose from prepackaged foods outdoor furniture, tables for inside or outside chairs inside or outside pillows etc. They might have stuff here that you won't find at other stores, such as Safeway Lucky's even Costco. So depending on what you're looking for give this place a shot it might have something you like Even just to walk in and browse around is a good thing to do. The staff is friendly and they're always trying to help you find whatever you need in the event you can't locate something. Remember it's not your typical grocery store.”

“I love this store. I had to renovate a bathroom and a kitchen, and was able to get half the stuff here all in one place (vinyl flooring, quarts countertops, matching cabinets, backsplash, bathroom floor tiles, shower wall tiles, ...). They let you loan samples to see if the colors/styles match in your home. This was super important for the flooring, because once I had it in my space, I quickly discovered I needed a slightly different pattern. It also let me show the materials to my contractor before placing the order. There's a great selection of tiles , vinyl, and backsplashes to choose from. The cabinets are a great price (better than San Lorenzo) for high quality (better than Home Depot). Everyone in the store was super helpful and friendly. The space is curated just right for bringing out your creative side, both peaceful and sophisticated. I'm very happy with my selections and will definitely be back for future projects.”

“Beautiful, semi-hidden little shop on 41st Ave, not far from Portola. Exquisite little finds for the home, including a handmade pillows and lovely glassware. A lovely woman showed me around and told me about the items. I honestly wish I had the money and space to buy lots of goodies in there delightful smelling lotion. If you're out on 41st avenue, don't miss this special little shop.”

“Isabel & Chris are super awesome to work with! I bought all my light fixtures for my newly built home. Isabel assisted me with picking out super cool lights & also came to my home to see all the lights installed. Best lighting place on the coast with so many upscale options! I highly recommend Illumine'e. When I sold my home, I was sad to leave it all behind. Starting over with them again for another home! Lights are such an important part of you're home, we're lucky to have them here in Santa Cruz!”

“They have very high quality things at very good prices. It is vetted with excellent taste. They do not have mediocre things at really low prices. Staff is friendly without being pushy. If they're busy with somebody you might have to wait. The people who think this place is expensive are comparing it unfairly to all those other places in town with cheap imported particle board stuff.”

“Really liked this boutique! I appreciated their diverse selection and prices as well as their non clothing items. The majority of clothes were affordable but definitely fast fashion. I did find some absolute GEMS among the rest that were more expensive but high quality. I loved their jewelry and home items as well.
