It must be a pre-requisite to have more employees than customers in line yet STILL you have to wait endlessly for them to casually call you up. Just a terrible strategy by whoever runs this place. Not surprised unfortunately as 95% of my experiences at Bofaa are terrible like this.

This Bank of America location Santa Cruz, much better, each time they are helpful, very nice and polite, comfortable atmosphere! I definitely recommend this location of BOA!

Ot was closed even though it was normal business hours for them.
