βIO Motors is amazing!! We were visiting from out of town and had unexpected car trouble. They were able to squeeze us in and get it diagnosed and fixed. The story is much longer but I wonβt bore you. Long story short, they saved our vacation!β
βI took our 2012 Volkswagen Beetle to Specialized Auto. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. They did the repair quickly with incredible customer service.β
βMy engine oil plan was leaking but I was planning on going out of town for Thanksgiving. Rene got it fixed in 24 hours at a reasonable price and got me back on the road like it never happened! Couldn't ask for better service!β

I was stranded and they took the time to connect me with a towing solution, and also stayed very late to fix my bike and get it back on the road the same night, so that I would have to get a hotel.β

βNeeded a somewhat specialty tire after our tire disintegrated, the day before Thanksgiving. Lloyd's delivered the tire from their shop an hour a way, and took care of us in remarkable time. We were back on the road the same day! I will be going back there.β
βI've been looking for an honest, affordable, thorough, patient, and professional auto shop to have my 2001 Toyota 4Runner repaired & maintained for over 10 years. I FINALLY FOUND THEM!! I couldn't ask for a cleaner shop, communicative & friendly owners, informative staff, and overall pleasant and comfortable experience. OH! They ALSO WORK on SATURDAYS! The list goes on.... Don't waste ANY MORE TIME and money with corporate owned shops. These guys know how to work, know what they're doing and will get your vehicle back on the road as efficiently as possible.β
βSergio was kind and efficient in fixing my bumper issue! We called Saturday afternoon and he was able to fit us in same day to get us safely back on the road. Would highly recommend. 10/10β

βLovely shop! Quite clean. Friendly staff. The woman at the front desk I believe it was Jennifer was very welcoming. Lots of amenities for a garage. (WiFi, snacks, waters, etc). I most appreciated the snacks for my children who came along to pick my car up, the staff was kind to them offering them stickers and snacks(theyβre favorite was the candy, of course?) I love how itβs a small local business where everyone knows your name. I also thought it was sweet the whole family working together.
Overall I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of some work or maintenance. Great team, that runs a tight ship.β
βKim and her top mechanic Randy have serviced my van since I had my transmission replaced a few years ago! Thatβs when I found out they do other car care. Theyβve also tuned up my Mazda 3 Sport. βI brought my 4Runner to Westons Auto Body And Paint for a front end fender bender claim. Every single step of the way it was by far the absolute best auto body experience I have ever had. Alex was the nicest dude and took care of all the paperwork, scheduling, ordering, and adjustments with the insurance for me. The work was absolute top notch. I am a super picky designer and the paint and fitment was perfection. Not only that but it only took them a few days to do the entire job including getting the parts! They went way above and beyond helping me with a few other things on my truck that wasnβt even part of the claim. I have been to the best auto body places all over Santa Cruz and I can tell you that Westons Auto Body And Paint is hands down the best there is.β
βI have been taking my vehicles to Bobby forever. Then my kids vehicles. Now my grandkids vehicles. I trust Bobby to give me a fair assessment of work that needs to be done, never pressuring for more than necessary. Now Bubba is stepping up and I feel Bobby has taught him to run the business the same way as he has all these years. I dont take any of my vehicles anywhere else and you shouldn't either.β

βExtremely knowledgeable, and yet kind and helpful. My first time having to replace this tricky BMW windshield. Seth took care of everything, having the computer calibration company come (who I also met and were wonderful) deal with the specialty programming for the windshields features (hologram speedometer, gps, etc). This car was much more tricky than my former cars and I appreciated it was in such capable and experienced hands. Definitely coming here for all my windshield needs. Can't say enough good things about him.β
