“Popped in here with my wife for a couple of things yesterday. Needed an attachment for garden hose which we couldn’t find, so asked for help. Unfortunately, the young gentleman we asked was on his first day at the store but he immediately got someone else to help. We showed a picture of what we needed to the lady that came to help and she knew instantly what it was called and where to locate it!!
I’m sorry I cannot remember her name but if Home Depot reads these, she would be a loss to the company if she left.

“It's all right. Not a whole lot of emphasis in the garden center, just kind of there because it needs to be there at every walmart "super center". The flower selection is OK, the plants selection is mediocre. Most plants seem to be in OK shape, not tip toe, but also not dead. The best part are all the fertilizers and red wood chips for decoration.... that is priced SUPER WELL and well stocked inside and outside.”
“Well I went looking for a Christmas tree and man did they all smell really fresh! My daughter , husband & I went to the 10' Douglas Furs to find one. An Associate by the name of Chad came over and asked if we wanted to see a tree. We chose one and then another and yet another tree. This Associate was so patient. The trees were tall and heavy . He had to take off all the twine and stand them up and shake them to get the fullness of them to open up. I kept apologizing to him because we had a hard time making up our minds. We finally chose one and he took it over to have the bottom branches trimed. He then went on his dinner break. I wanted to give him a big tip but he was no where to be found. Chad was so sweet and knew an awful lot about trees. The guys packing up the tree and putting it on our car were super nice and did the job quickly and made sure no sap got on our car. I tried to give them a tip but they refused. They said it was their job and they enjoyed working for Home Depot. There used to be a Seat with Santa Clays and you can have your picture taken there. It's pretty wonderful.Home Depot is very clean and well organized. Love this store!”

“I always get my questions answered! I love the selection! Santa Clarita location has very helpful and friendly staff! I hope you have better coupons this year because we spend a lot of money with this store and prices have gone up a lot!! 20% off one plat when you spend $300 each time really doesn’t show appreciation! That’s my only complaint.”
