“Excellent service !! The young man behind the counter, Nicholas K., was very helpful. I will be coming back to Stater Bros for all my groceries from now on! I never thought that another store could top Trader Joe's, but when it comes to customer satisfaction this store is the way to go.”

“I come here for my family's medication . It is always busy and always just ONE pharmacy technician working . Could they hire two and make things easier sure ,that would give them five stars . It would also help with the stress these poor associates probably go through on a daily basis due to lack of staff. Even though some days I do see one person stressed out it is not his fault because he has to juggle so much . The pharmacists are also VERY nice and take the time to call you for check ups on the new medication or to let you know how long medication will take . Great workers , just need more to help them out . You can tell they are calling because they actually are concerned not just because of protocols. Thank you to all staff for working hard.”

“I'm not sure why this store only has 2.5 stars??? It is so clean and super well stocked. Most impressive was the friendly and helpful staff which is hard to find. I also heard a manager thanking one of their team members for the work they did. Truly a pleasure to see employees being appreciated!”

“I think the person that thought of putting the pan dulce station by the entrance and exit of Vallarta is a genius! While entering the store I noticed the colors of the different types of pastries, I instantly thought of hot chocolate, coffee or tea, I don't know why, but I said to myself that I will get some shortly, for the family, before I leave. I started walking around the aisles thinking that I should go to the international aisle, then I remember that I am in Vallarta. I think back in early 2022 I wanted to make atol shuco/chuco so I bought all the ingredients to make the atol. This week for some reason I decided to make it but I noticed that the flour for the atol expired on 03-2023. What?! I thought that I just bought it a few months back... after spending a few minutes in the section of harinas I found it. It was hiding or covered by some cans that were placed in front of it. Is that I sign, I thought. Then I was walking around the store back and forth trying to see what I needed or where to go. I usually don't do the grocery shopping. I found refuge in the prepared food section or La Cocina. Finally, I familiar place where everything is made and I just have to sit down and eat. Those aisles are a jungle out there! I ordered a plate of food to go, my chuco harina and grabbed a bag of some already made masa to make tortillas, why not, I am already here. Walking towards the exit of the store, I remembered that I did not get the pan dulce, but it was too late. I had already paid for everything that I had in my bag. I looked a the delicious pastries and thought, until I see you again!”
