“Stopped in to do some shopping, I ended up buying more than expected. Upon checking out I noticed would be in need if some help out. I had the pleasure of chatting with the Cashier and there was a kind new employee by the name of Tyanna she had bagged my groceries and did so perfectly exactly the way I liked. At some point I was in need of another cart ...she had grabbed a second grocery cart and that surprised me! She is super smart, quick and very thoughtful! I asked if she would be able to help me out to my car, the cashier and Tyanna agreed and we were off! She helped me load everything and did so beautifully! I appreciate her help! On my way out I ran into another awesome employee by the name of Alijah! Alijah is always working! If he's not bagging you can find him outside collecting the carts, sweeping inside the store and or seeing to it that VONS looks great! Alijah is very professional and always sees to it that our needs are met! He doesn't ever mind going out of his way to offer customers the help they need! VONS has the Best Employees ever!!! Oh yeah let me not forget Michelle the cashier! Super Friendly and always a pleasure to speak to! She is very knowledgeable about the VONS App and also goes out of her way to answer questions or help to educate customers on learning the benefits of the App! So appreciative of all the help that all the employees here whether new or old seem to deliver when it comes to excellent customer service skills!
