“I left T mobile to another carrier to another carrier whom asked me for some documents from my T mobile account, the Employee there knowing that I already left them ( Moses ) spent good time with me with all friendly attitude helping me with the info needed and to double that his manager ( Sergio ) provided superior service and explained the new plan they have and I'm about to shift back to them in comparison with the customer service the newer provider provided me , I commend ( Moses ) and his high management represented with (( Sergio ) and T mobile should honor those two fantastic people, gaining new customers is easy but retaining them is the key word .”
